Good location, clean and big room .

This hotel is one of the most hospitable hotels in all of Japan. Having travelled extensively, I can say that this hotel outshines the rest by the all means. An excellent spread of local cuisine at breakfast, a wide variety of tea/pastries during the tea time (when one needed tea especially because of the cold weather) and a jaw dropping dinner buffet with extraordinary staff. We had the best experience at the breakfast buffet mostly because of Jyo. Jyo spoke english and went above and beyond to accomodate the dietary needs of my child. She was always warm and extended her hand when we were struggling to plan our 'snowy' day. Thank you Jyo for all that you did for us. The staff at the reception is also very warm. Hospitality is crucial in the hotel industry because it transforms basic accommodation into memorable, positive experience, driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business, while also building strong brand reputation. Thank you for making our vacation memorable.

This hotel was in a great position. Easy walking distance from the train station and shops all around it. Lots of eateries and 7/11 close by. Staff were very friendly and helpful as they stored our luggage until check in time. Provided us with an umbrella each as it had started to rain.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The hotel is well maintained and common areas were very clean - less than 5 minutes walk from Akita train station.Good bedding, comfortable premium room with access to the lounge for tea time, cocktail hour and breakfast with a buffet and very attentive service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay overall.A wide selection of restaurants, cafés, pubs, and convenience stores can also be found within a short 1-2 minute walk.I had a great welcoming when I had to check, the staff was very kind and spoke excellent english but also didn't mind me trying to speak Japanese.

Good location for the station and castle. Enjoyed tea time and cocktail hour with premium room.

Heating in the room was not very effective.

It is very close to the Akita station! The hotel is very clean, and we loved it! I wish we could have stayed longer. They have huge rooms, a very unusual but welcome difference from the Japanese hotels. Loved it!

Location is great. Very close to the JR station. Many stores and restaurants nearby. Friendly helpful staff.

No true AC. Hotel engineer switched the central ventilation system to winter mode when we arrived due to mild temperature drop. The room was very hot all day all night. We could only crack the window open a little. Lowest temp setting would still blow hot air. Staff advised us just to have it off. Hotel is old with minor upgrades in the rooms. Tiny bathroom. Dust on top of closets, back of the tables, etc. Forget the gym. It is from the 1980s or early 1990s with rusty weights and spider webs on cable machines. If you travel often and prefer nice hotels, I would not recommend this place.

The gym was the highlight of the hotel. 70’s style workout equipment that still works. I got to workout like Arnold my two days there. Do you know how many hotels I’ve been to that have “new” equipment that is somehow always broken. That and the location was excellent.

Excellent t food at the breakfast restaurant on the top floor. Good location, next to a department store, markets, Sensui Park and close to the railway station.

No on-site parking. Had to use nearby public parking lot run by the city. The bathroom was small and on the elevated platform.

The location was super convenient to the train station and the room was very comfortable. The view from the restaurant was lovely.

The gym was a bit out of date.

The room was very spacious for the low price also considering how close to the station it is!

Hotel with spacious rooms in a great location.

We were a bit surprised that none of the desk clerks that we met spoke English. They did their best with using google translate via a tablet, so we managed some basic communication and found out everything that was needed.

Breakfast was wonderful with great Japanese items and also made to order omelettes. Property is very well located and just two blocks from the station. If raining you can stay covered right to the door. Many varied dining options within a 5 block radius. Very close to Senshu Park

I prefer a walk in bathroom as opposed to a "step up" bathroom. Small but has everything you might need

Convenience to train station, retail, restaurants and parks.

12th floor is very beautiful place for breakfast. You have the view of the city and the mountains.Food is very plentiful and lots of choices to enjoy.

Every day one that there should a food that was served the day before. Something new everyday.
